Our company provides 3D Scanning services. You will be able to capture complex shapes and convert them into digital design files.
It’s a very accurate method of capturing an existing physical part, with accuracy up to 0.05mm where you can create of a 3D CAD model. Millions of data points across the object are collected and even its texture can be captured. The results are exported into common 3D file formats (OBJ, STL, PLY) and can be processed in other applications.
In this way we can 3D scan any object, from very small to very large, such as products, parts, artwork and buildings and can be a handy tool for designing, measurement and modification. Specifically, any object desired can be captured, as long as it is larger than 30mm.
We have to inform you that 3D scanning is a safe non-contact 3D data collection method. This ensures the accuracy of data received.
In many cases, where there is a real equivalent model is much faster to scan it rather than to create a model using a 3D software.
In addition, the scanned object can be sent to a 3D printer if you want to create a model for presentations, case studies etc.

Since the year 2000, by integrating new personnel, Gamm dynamically changed its organization and goals. This contributed to the founding of Polyplastic company.

Privacy & Technical Finish
We would like to inform you that all information obtained in any cooperation with our clients are subject to a confidentiality agreement. The 3D files and information exchanged through the preparation, development and implementation of the prototype is strictly confidential.
In the technical finish, support is removed. In CJP there are no support structures. in SLA and FDM if the supports are difficult to reach or within the object, then they cannot be removed and will remain visible within the model. In SLA, the model is hardened under UV light. In CJP, your model is printed, cleaned and coated with hardener. If the model is greater than the printing area, we will cut the object into two pieces and we will glue it back again after printing. The cutting line will be visible. Additional finishes are available upon request.
